Oreo Truffles
1 large package Oreos (NOT double stuff)
1 (8-oz.) cream cheese
White or chocolate almond bark
Crush Oreos in food processor until fine (can be done in a blender also). Combine room temperature cream cheese in Oreo crumbs. Ross into small balls and place in refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm. Dip in melted white or chocolate almond bark.
Makes 5 dozen.
