    Ingredents:
    2 cups sugar
    1 1/4 cups veg. oil
    1 1/2 cups fresh pumpkin puree or canned pumpkin
    4 eggs
    3 cups all purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    1 cup walnuts, chopped
    How to:
    Beat the sugar, oil, and pumpkin in a large bowl. Add
    the eggs, one at a time, beating well. Sift together the flour,
    baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and stir into
    the pumpkin mixture.Fold the raisins and nuts into the cake
    batter. Bake for 50 minutes in a lightly gressed 9 or 10 inch
    pan. At 325 degrees
