3. large potatos,peeled ,cooked ,cubed

1/2. cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4. cup milk
Cook bacon crisp put on papper towel,reserve 2 tablsp. of drippings.
add potatos, green pepper,onions, salt an pepper.
Cook anstir over med. heat tell potato's are golden brown, stir in cheese
an bacon remove to bowl set a side. Beat eggs milk cook in same skillet,
stir gently over med. heat until eggs are set add potato mixture cook an
stir until heated threw . 4 to 6 servings
