|2 (15 ounce) cans of Chili without beans|
2 (15 ounce) cans whole hominy, drained and rinsed
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Spread 1 can chili in bottom of 8" square microwave safe baking dish; spoon 1 can of hominy over chili. Sprinkle with onion and coriander. Layer on remaining cans of chili and hominy.
Cook on hight 10 minutes; sprinkle on cheese and cook 1 additional minute. Cover and let rest 2 minutes more, or until cheese melts.
Makes 6 servings.
I have never tried this but it sounded interresting.
