Apple Brown Rice Pilaf with Herbs (TNT)

Post by pstarkoski on Fri Mar 27, 2009 7:51 pm

Hi ...
We had this for dinner last night and it was really good....a little different twist to just plain old rice! The recipe states you can serve it hot or cold...I served it hot last night but since we had some left over I am going to try some of it cold for lunch today.
Enjoy!
