Hot Corned Beef Wraps (TNT) Empty Hot Corned Beef Wraps (TNT)

    Hi..
We had these wraps for dinner last night and they were really, really good.....quick, easy and inexpensive! What more could you want?! I only made two sandwiches, so didn't use as much of the ingredients as stated.

I used Buddig’s Corned Beef (in the lunchmeat section) … only about 69 cents/package and sliced very thin.

I also used shredded cabbage instead of the lettuce (makes it more crunchy!!)
    Enjoy!

    Hot Corned Beef Wraps

    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 lb. lean corned beef, shaved or sliced thin
6 Super Size or Burrito Tortillas
    1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
    1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce (can substitute sauerkraut)

In large skillet, melt butter. Add half the corned beef and cook until
hot and edges begin to curl, about 5 minutes. Transfer to dish; cover
to keep warm. Cook remaining corned beef.

Heat tortillas according to package directions; keep warmed tortillas
covered. Spread tortillas with dressing. Place beef on dressing; top
with cheese and lettuce. Roll up tortillas and serve.
