Rice A Roni Casserole

List of Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) box beef-flavored Rice-A-Roni
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
grated Cheddar cheese
Recipe
Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package directions. Brown ground beef, celery
and green pepper; drain. Add salt, pepper and Rice-A-Roni, stirring well. Put in
a casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is
melted.
Suggestion: You can also do this with Chicken and Chicken Rice A Roni and
instead of using cheddar cheese I sometimes use cheddar cheese soup.
