I made this up for a potluck at church one night and it was wonderful and got great reviews!!
We don't hardly have any cold days here in south florida, but I love soups....so we eat soup even in 80+ degree weather!! Just turn the AC down a little more!!

COLD DAY SOUP
1 lb hamburger
1 chopped onion
1 can sliced mushrooms
7 cups water
1 box wild rice mix
3 tsp beef bouillon granules
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
Brown hamburger. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30-45
minutes.
