Sausage and Rice Casserole (TNT)

Hi...
I made this for dinner a couple of weeks ago and it was very good...if you are using regular white rice (which I used) instead of instant, you may need to bake it a little longer. I also used Hot bulk sausage, just to spice it up a little.....YUM!!

Sausage And Rice Casserole

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 cup rice (regular or minute, uncooked)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown sausage. Add celery and onion/ Cook til tender.
Add soups and mix well. Grease baking dish. Pour mixture into dish. Bake 1 hour.

PEG’S NOTE:
I used Hot bulk sausage….just to kick it up a notch!! If you are using regular white rice, you may need to bake it just a little longer
