    Hi...
This was really yummy! I think maybe you could bake it for a little less time, especially if your pork chops are not too thick. I had pretty thick ones and they were just a tad bit dry...but that's just the way pork is!! I think next time I would maybe bake 20-25 minutes per side...the taste was terrific!
    Enjoy!

    Oriental Pork Chops

4 (3/4 to 1 inch thick) boneless butterflied pork chops
    1 egg beaten
    4 tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp ginger

Place chops in shallow baking dish. Combine egg, soy sauce and pour
over chops. Turn to coat. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour, turning
    occasionally in the refrigerator.

Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder and ginger, dredge chops on all
sides in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in shallow baking pan coated
with cooking s, not the one used for the marinate unless it is
    cleaned first.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes turn chops and continue baking
    until done about 30 minutes.
