Garbanzo Bean Burgers (TNT)

Post by pstarkoski on Tue Jun 21, 2011 6:00 am

Hi...
I know most of you are going...yuck!!, but I thought that at first too, but thought I would give it a try anyway just because it is something different...and we like black bean burgers.
Well...they were really good! I did melt a little cheese on top and served with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, homemade bread and butter pickles and some homemade chow-chow relish. They were very tasty and Shawn really liked them too!
Enjoy...if you dare to try!!
