This makes a really quick and easy side dish...and it's even good for those who can't eat too much sugar because it uses Splenda...I will make this one again.

Pennsylvania Hot Slaw
Ready in: < 30 min

1/4 c SPLENDA Granular
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/4 c white distilled vinegar
2 tbsp purchased real bacon bits
3 c thinly sliced cabbage
1/2 c thinly sliced celery
In a small bowl, combine SPLENDA, onion, and vinegar. Pour into a
large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Stir in
bacon bits. Add cabbage and celery. Mix gently to combine. Cook over
medium heat for 5 min, stirring often. Serve at once.
