All in One Pierogi Skillet (TNT)

Hi..
I made this dish for dinner this week..It was really good and quick and easy to make. I found frozen potato pierogis with potato, spinach, and feta...yummy!

ALL IN ONE PIEROGI SKILLET

1 T. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground beef
one 16 oz. pkg. frozen potato pierogis, thawed
one 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat, brown beef 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add pierogi, cook 4-5 minutes, or until heated through.
Stir in broccoli, salt, pepper, then top with cheese. Reduce heat to low, cover, cook 2-3 minutes, or until cheese melts, broccoli is warmed through.

PEG’S NOTE:
I used frozen pierogis….I found some that were potato, spinach, and feta….yum!
