CHICKEN DIJON PASTA SALAD
16 ounces rotini twists
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
2&1/2 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
3 cups blanched broccoli florets
1/2 cup almond halves, toasted
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water to cool.
Whisk together milk, onion powder, mustards and mayonnaise.
Combine chicken, broccoli and almonds in a large bowl. Pour dressing mixture over chicken; mix well.
Add cooled pasta; toss gently to combine. Season to taste.
Chill before serving.
Serves approximately 4
