    Hi--
I made up this salad dressing for dinner last night and it is terrific! I chopped up spinach and bok choy and used this dressing...a little goes a long way! I had some today and added some sliced almonds and some dried cranberries....YUM!
This recipe is a "keeper"! It makes quite a bit (about 1 pint), so if your not sure if you are going to like it..maybe just make 1/2 of the recipe.
    Enjoy!
    hugs,
    peg

    Sweet Red Onion Dressing
    1/2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    3 tablespoons grated red onion
    1 tablespoons vegetarian Worcestershire sauce*
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Mix all ingredients and leave to stand at least 1 hour.

    * I just used regular Worcestershire sauce. (Peg)
