Seasoned Flour!

Seasoned Flour!

For convenience, prepare seasoned flour to use for dredging meat & poultry.

Combine:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoon dry mustard
4 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons monosodium glutamate("MS"<>optional, your choice)
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Sift/sieve together to blend evenly.
Store in a tightly covered jar.

For a crumb coating, combine 1 & 1/2 tablespoons of the Seasoned Flour with 1 cup of fine bread crumbs.
