French's® Crunchy Chicken Breasts
1-1/2 cups French's® French Fired Onions
1 lb. chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Crush French's Fried Onions in a plastic bag or food processor. Pour into
a pie plate.
Beat egg and dip chicken breasts into beaten egg.
Dredge chicken breasts in crushed onion crumbs.
Place on a greased 10" x 15" jelly roll baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
