    STUFFED PORK-CHOPS WITH CHARD

    MAKES 2 SERVINGS.

    1/4 cup minced onions
    1 tsp minced garlic
    2 tbs butter
    3 cups chopped Swiss chard
    2 tbs chopped nuts
    2 pork chops
    1 tbs canola oil

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In skillet, cook onions and garlic in butter 2 min. Add chard and nuts. Cook 2 min. Season. Set aside 2/3 mixture. *Cut pocket in side of each chop for stuffing. Divide remaining chard mixture among pockets in pork. Season chops, brush with oil. In skillet, cook chops until browned. Place on baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until done.
