    This is really good and really quick and easy to make. The cauliflower is tender and the cornflake crumbs add a little crunch!

    Baked Cauliflower
    Dip raw Cauliflower flowerettes in melted butter & roll in corn flake
    crumbs.
    Drizzle butter in casserole
    Cover, bake @ 350º about 30 minutes
    Uncover and bake another 15 minutes
