I HAVE 6 MORE KITTY RUGS TO DO. I AM SO SLOW, I MUST BE CROCHETED OUT. USE TO BE ABLE TO ALMOST FINISH ONE A NIGHT, NOW JUST CAN'T SEEM TO STAY FOCUSED, O WELL, THE KITTIES DON'T MIND. AS SOON AS I SEND A COUPLE DOWN, THEY GO OUT THE DOOR WITH THE KITTY AND THIER NEW FAMILY. I GUESS I NEED TO MAKE THAT AN ONGOING PROJECT, I THOUGHT THEY JUST KEPT THEM THERE AND REUSED THEM, BUT MINE GO OUT WITH THEM. MAKES ME FEEL GOOD THAT THEY LIKE THEM SO WELL

Does this mean you already finished 6 kitty rugs? I think it is wonderful they let the kittys take the rug with them. It must help in the tranfer into the new home. Sounds like the purrrfect on going project to keep yourself busy in between projects. Do you know any other crafters in your area that might want to help you make some Kitty rugs? What pattern are you using?

I DON'T KNOW ANY ONE ELSE BUT THERE ARE OTHERS THAT DONATE ALSO. THEY JUST SAID MINE DON'T STAY AT THE SHELTER, MOST OF THE OTHERS DO. I HAVE SEEN WHAT LOOKS LIKE THE SAME ONES THAT THEY WASH AND USE OVER AGAIN. I JUST MAKE OVAL ONES, AND NOW I AM USING THE MIDDLE OF THE 12 POINT STAR AFGHAN. THE GIRLS DOWN THERE JUST LOVE THOSE AND THEY ARE A GOOD SIZE FOR THE KITTY'S.
YES THAT IS 6 DONE.

OKAY, I AM ADDING TO FINISH 2 AFGHANS THAT WERE GIVEN TO ME. I THINK MAYBE THE BABY ONE IS JUST PUT IT TOGETHER. THE BIG ONE HAS 6 SQUARES THAT SHE FINISHED, FOUND MORE OF THE YARN FOR THAT.
