I made this last week and it is a winner!! The dressing is very much like Marzettis Slaw Dressing which we really like. My hubby ate all the leftovers before I got a chance to get some myself!!

CONFETTI COLESLAW (WITH CELERY SEEDS & CARROTS)
2 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced sweet green pepper
1 cup thinly sliced sweet red pepper
1 cup matchstick thin carrot strips
6 tbs mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground celery seeds
Combine in bowl cabbages, peppers, and carrots. Whisk together in small bowl, mayo, milk, vinegar, sugar and celery seeds. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate. MAKES 10 SERVINGS.*
