This is a great recipe...macaroni and cheese with ham and broccoli...a complete meal in one dish. Just add a salad and you are ready to eat!!
Mother's Fresh Broccoli And Ham Casserole
8-oz. macaroni (small elbows, small shells or other), cooked
    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    1/4 cup flour
    2-1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. grated onion (optional)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup diced leftover ham
    2 cups cooked, chopped broccoli
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup Cornflakes or bread crumbs, mixed in 2 tsp. melted margarine
Cook macaroni. Rinse with boiling water. Make a white sauce of margarine, flour and milk (White Sauce: In pan, melt butter, add flour and stir for about 30-60 seconds, gradually add milk. Cook until thickened and bubbly). Add cheese, onion and mustard. Fold in mayonnaise, ham, broccoli, macaroni and seasonings. Top with Cornflake or bread crumbs whick have been mixed in melted margarine. Bake in a 2-qt. casserole dish at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or bake in several smaller casseroles. Freezes well.
