    Thai Beef with Noodles
A taste of Thai can be added to twist up your noodles with these incredible ingredients.
    INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1" thick (I used London Broil)
1/4 cup dry sherry (I used cooking sherry)
    1-1/2 tbsps. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oriental dark roasted sesame seed oil
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 cups cooked ramen noodles OR linguine
1/4 cup chopped green onion tops OR fresh cilantro
Combine sherry, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and red pepper. Place beef steak in plastic bag; add marinade. Close bag securely and marinate 15 minutes. Pour off marinade; reserve. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes. Add steak and cook approx. 12 to 15 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning once. Remove steak; keep warm. Dissolve 2 teaspoons cornstarch in reserved marinade and 1/4 cup water; add to skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in noodles. Carve steak into thin slices and serve over noodles. Carve steak into thin slices and serve over noodles. Sprinkle with green onion.
    Makes 4 servings.
