    Hi..
    Shawn had to teach last evening so I had to make a quick dinner....we had this sandwich and a bowl of soup....the sandwich was just great!! ....quick and easy meal and even healthy for you!!

    Spinach Feta Croissants (TNT) Exps42917_QC854037D37C

    Spinach Feta Croissant
    3 tablespoons prepared Italian salad dressing
    2 croissants, split
    1 cup fresh baby spinach
    1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
    1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

    Brush salad dressing over the cut sides of croissants. On the bottom halves, layer
    the spinach, tomato and feta cheese; replace tops.

    Yield: 2 servings
