Creamy Spinach Ricotta Pasta (TNT)

Post by pstarkoski on Sat Jan 03, 2009 9:45 pm

Hi..
I made this last week and it is terrific!! I am not much of a pasta eater, but this is really good. I used penne pasta instead of the rigatoni and it was fine.
This recipe is a definite keeper!!....and it's meatless for all you vegetarians out there!
Enjoy!
hugs,
