Swiss Chicken Quiche (TNT)

I made this for dinner last night along with a salad.
It was soooooooooo good. It is great for a light dinner or even for a lunch or brunch.

Swiss Chicken Quiche

2 cups diced cooked chicken for turkey
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell, pricked
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbs all-purpose flour
1 tbs chicken-flavored instant bouillon
1 cup milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbs chopped green pepper
2 tbs chopped pimiento

Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from
oven. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Toss the shredded cheese with flour
and bouillon in medium bowl; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour
into prepared pastry shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Let
stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with green and red bell pepper
if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
