Cowboy Soup1 can whole tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can Ranch Style beans
2 cans minestrone soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
Brown meat and onion; drain.
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan (or Dutch oven), and simmer until heated throughout.
Serve with cornbread.
