    1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
    4 oz Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 plastic tub of Wispride (or Kaukauna) Cheddar any variety except the port wine
Chopped chives or finely chopped Onion to taste / about 1 teaspoon
    Chopped parsley about 2 tblsp.
Chopped nuts to coat/ about 1/2 cup (I use walnuts)

Blend all ingredients except nuts until smooth, I find they blend better if they are at room temp. Put in foil to form a ball shape or roll to make a log and let chill at least 30 minutes but overnight is better.
Chop enough Walnuts (and parsley if you like) to cover. Roll cheese ball in mixture.
Serve with "Waverly" crackers (green box) or other similar crackers. Yummy!!!!
