    Hi...
My hubby and I love tarragon, so I had to try this because I had some fresh tarragon left over from another recipe and wanted to use it up before it went bad! I saw this recipe had to try it. This is a wonderful dip for crackers or veggies.....if you like tarragon (licorice flavor).
    Enjoy!

    Creamy Tarragon Dip

1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
    1/2-cup sour cream
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, chopped
1/ 4 cup green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Serve with crackers or toasted bread pieces.
Tarragon adds a nice flavor to the traditional cream cheese and sour cream base.
