Hi...
I served this last night for dinner along with the lima bean and hamburger casserole...YUM!
The radishes add a great zesty flavor to the coleslaw.

ZESTY RADISH COLESLAW
16 oz bag shredded coleslaw mix
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup julienned radishes
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp sugar
3 tbs sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard and sugar until blended.
*Add coleslaw mix, radishes and green onions to bowl, toss to coat.
*Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Line serving bowl with a cabbage leaf, if desired. Spoon mixture into serving bowl, then serve.
MAKES 6 SERVINGS OF ZESTY RADISH COLESLAW...
