Cut the center out of the tin pie pan, the flat part. Glue fabric ribbon to a part of the lip of the pie pan and then start wrapping fabric ribbon around till all the tin pie pan is covered. Glue . Attach cording or tinsel garland and wrap around pie pan. glue now atach bow
*hot glue works very well, but need Parental Supervision to use it.
