Hi...
Summer will be coming soon and that means picnics, etc...I made this bean salad a few nights ago and it is really good! The olives (I used black olives), the Greek vinaigrette, and the feta cheese added a little twist to the regular 3-bean salad.

GREEK BEAN SALAD
---with 3 kinds of beans.
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 cup crumbled cheese
1/2 cup peeled chopped cucumber
6 oz can pitted olives, drained
14.5 oz can cut wax beans, drained
2 cups cut green beans
3/4 cup Greek vinaigrette
1/2 cup julienned bell pepper
1 onion, sliced
16 oz can kidney beans, drained
COMBINE all beans, onion, olives, bell pepper, and cucumber in a bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette, toss to coat. Chill until serving. Sprinkle with cheese, then SERVE...
