The World's Greatest Steak Marinade
3/4 cup cooking oil (I prefer olive oil)
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. dry mustard
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 t. parsley flakes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
