No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
Crust:
10 oz. graham crackers
¼ cup sugar
½ cup melted butter
Combine all ingredients, mix and put in a pie plate. Pat to form a crust. Set aside and put in refrigerator.
Peanut Butter Filling:
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
4 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
Eat! Add a dollop of Cool Whip on top, if desired.
PEG’S NOTES: I bought a chocolate cookie crumb pie shell in the grocery store (where the pre-made graham cracker pie crusts are). I did not put any cool whip on top, but I did sprinkle some chocolate shavings on top….YUMMY and DELICIOUS!
