When I saw this recipe, I just had to try it...Muzzie is what we call my hubby's mom!! I couldn't believe it when I saw the name of this recipe. It is really good too!

Muzzie Vegetable Casserole
16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
4-oz. (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayo
1 cup celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter
35 Ritz crackers (1 sleeve), crumbled
Cook veggies according to package; drain.
Place in greased casserole.
In bowl, combine the cheese, mayo, celery and onion. Spread over veggies.
Combine melted butter and crumbled cracker crumbs; sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
