    Steven's Spicy Pecan Baked Chicken ( a combination of two recipes)
    I combined two recipes that I had and made up one great way to fix chicken!!
    2 boneless chicken breast halves
    1/2 cup Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper flakes
    1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
    1/4 cup evaporated milk
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    Combine the dry ingredients. Dip chicken in the evaporated milk and roll in dry mixture.
    Place chicken in a baking dish and drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
