    Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
    3 tablespoons of butter
    2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds

Combine salt, Worcestershire sauce, and butter in large bowl, blend together and set aside.
Rinse fresh pumpkin seeds in cool water until all of the "stringy stuff" is washed away.Drain on paper towels, add pumpkin seeds to the butter mixture and stir well, until pumpkin seeds are well coated.
Spread seeds on a baking pan and bake at 225 degree oven for about 90 minutes or until crisp. Stir and check during baking so they don't burn!
    Enjoy!
