Converted to measurements I understand LOL Smile

8 1/2 oz fresh fish, minced finely
1 3/4 oz. minced pork
1 3/4 pints meat or bone stock (35 fl. ozs or 4 1/2 cups)
2 chicken stock cubes (16 ozs of chicken broth to make it gluten free)
1 egg white
1 tbsp corn flour ( or cornmeal ground up in a food processor - this also converts it to gluten free)
2 spring onions with greens, chopped finely
2 green chilies
1 tbsp white vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
SKIP MSG to keep it gluten free!
