Easy Cheesecake

Easy Cheesecake
1 pkg. cream cheese.
2 Tsp lemon juice
1 small (yogurt size) container of sour cream
Combine ingrediants in the blender until mixed.
Pour into a purchased graham cracker crust, a time saver. (or make your own pie crust)
Bake until the top of cheesecake starts barely brown.
Let cool.
Top with purchased pie filling or make your own.
The dome of the pie crust becomes your lid and this is readily transportable
