Szechuan Stir Fry with Tangerines (TNT)

Hi...
I made this for dinner last night and it was great! It is very spicy so if you don't do spicy, this might not be for you! (Most Szechuan is very spicy).

SZECHUAN STIR FRY WITH TANGERINES


2-3 tangerines
1/4 cup spicy Szechuan stir fry sauce
1 red and/or green bell pepper, seeded and cubed
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
Cooked white Rice (optional)
Strips of Tangerine peel (garnish, optional)

From 2-3 tangerines, zest and juice 1or 2, peel and section remaining. In bowl, combine 1/3 cup juice, 1 tsp zest and stir fry sauce, set aside. In greased skillet, cook bell pepper and onion 3 min. Add steak. Cook 3 min. stirring. Add sauce mixture and tangerine sections. Cook 1 min. Serve over white rice, if desired. Garnish.
MAKES 6 SERVINGS OF STIR FRY AND RICE.*
