Hi...
I made an oriental chicken salad last night and used this vinaigrette dressing...it was wonderful!
I spread salad greens on the plate, added some tomatoes, strawberry slices, walnuts, some shredded cheese (I used swiss just because I hadd some!)and some oriental rice noodles. Then I broiled a couple of chicken breasts that had been marinating in Italian dressing....sprinkled with some sesame seeds and then added this dressing! It was wonderful and sooooooooo colorful. It will make a great easy company dinner.
enjoy,

2 teaspoons Light Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
a few drops Sesame Oil
1/8 teaspoon Fresh Ground White Pepper, to taste
Place all the ingredients in a covered jar and shake to fully blend.
Use Asian vinaigrette immediately, or refrigerate and use within 3 - 4 days.
