Post by pstarkoski on Sun Jul 12, 2009 2:54 am

Hi...
We had this for dinner this week and it is really good and quick and easy to make. I don't know "Aunt Fran", but I will give her kudos on this one!
Enjoy!

Aunt Fran's Goulash
Country Ground Beef

When I was a young girl, Aunt Fran always made this when we went to visit...my brother and I would have been disappointed if she didn't because it was our favorite. It's quick to make on busy days, and also freezes well.—LaVergne Krones, Matteson, Illinois

1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1-1/2 cups water
