| Hi... I made this last night for dinner and I loved it, but I know I am weird...I love lima beans! I used the baby limas. It is a quick and easy recipe and kind of like comfort food (at least for me)! Enjoy! hugs, peg LIMA BEAN AND HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 2 cups cooked lima beans 1 pound hamburger 1 clove garlic, minced fine 1/2 onion, minced 1/3 cup green pepper, cut fine 2 cups tomatoes 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder Put hamburger, garlic, onion and green pepper in skillet and brown slightly in oven, stirring often. Pour off fat. Add rest of ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Bake in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. A Great Meal Idea! Enjoy!
