Oh my gosh....this pie was absolutely divine!! I can't believe how easy it was to make...just throw everything into the blender, mix, and then right into the pie pan and into the oven. It came out just perfect...the coconut went to the top, the perfect custard in the middle, and just a slight little crust on the bottom...
    YUM!!
I will be making this one again!

    Blender Custard Pie

    2 cups milk
    4 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup coconut

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix till combined. Pour into a 9-inch pie pan, buttered or spayed with Pam, and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle the
top with nutmeg. This makes its own crust.
