....another really good chicken recipe that would be great to take to a potluck dinner.

Chicken Spectacular
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chicken or turkey, diced
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice, cooked as directed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sliced water chestnuts
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and pour into casserole. Makes one large 13x9x2 inch dish or several small ones.
Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbles. Freezes well - do not cook before freezing.
Serves 8
