    Parmesan Breaded Pork Chops

    4 pork chops 3/4 inch thick
    1 egg beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/3 C parmesan cheese
    1/3 C dry bread crumbs
    2 tbsp. vegetable oil

    Heat oven to 350F. Dip pork chops in combined egg and seasonings and
    then in combined cheese and bread crumbs. Heat oil in skillet; brown
    each chop on both sides. Bake 350F for 35 minutes, turning chops
    occasionally.
