| CHICKEN MUFFINS ingredients: chicken breast ( 1 or as many as you want to make) lemon juice minced garlic oleo - 1 tablespoon paprika First beat the heck out of the chicken breast......then round it up and make a whole in the center....in the center add a pinch of garlic or more if you like, a tad of lemon juice , and some oleo( tablespoon).....form the chicken into a ball and place in an ungreased muffin pan...sprinkle the top with paprika....bake in the oven on 350 degrees for a half hour.....turn out onto a plate and serve.... They come out looking like muffins.... |
