I made this for dinner on Monday night and it was sooooooooo good! Another keeper.

TENDERS IN CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE
2 TBSP flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pound chicken tenders
1 TBSP butter
2 sliced shallots
8 oz pkg sliced mushrooms
14 oz can chicken broth
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 TBSP chopped dill
16 oz bag frozen whole green beans
1. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a plastic food bag. Add chicken, shake to coat. Heat butter in a skillet. Add chicken and cook turning once until cooked through. Remove.
2. Add shallots and mushrooms to pan. Saute 3 min. Stir in broth and mustard. Boil, uncovered 3 min. Add cream and dill simmer 5 min. or until slightly thickened. Add green beans cook 5 min. or until tender, then serve. MAKES 4 SERVINGS.*
