One of my mall walking friends gave me this recipe and said it is really, really good. .... sooooooooo, I just made it up to take to my brother in law's (Mark) birthday party tomorrow...I had a little sneak and I can tell it is really going to be great (and it hasn't even marinated yet!). Too bad Mark won't be able to eat it(he is on a feeding tube now), but the rest of us will enjoy it!

Spaghetti Slaw
8 oz. angel hair pasta, broken into thirds
1 lb. bag Cole Slaw
1-½ cups (16 oz. bottle) of Marzetti Slaw Dressing
1/3 cup mayo
Red, green and yellow peppers, chopped (about ½ cup of each)
Purple onion, chopped (about ½ cup)
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Cook and drain pasta. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Adjust according to taste. May add shrimp or crab to top prior to serving (optional).
Makes a large bowl and would be perfect for a potluck.
