We had these pork chops this week and they were wonderful! Very tender and tasty. I baked them in the oven instead of the crockpot and I also used boneless pork chops. They would be great to serve with mashed potatoes or rice or noodles because it makes a great sauce!!

Finger Lickin' Good Pork Chops
Serves: 6
Source: Big Oven
Smothered pork chops prepaired in a casserole or crock pot. Very easy and
delish.
Ingredients:
8 ea Lean Pork chops
3/4 cup Flour
2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
2 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
2 can (12 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can (12 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
1 can (12 oz) Water
8 ounce Mushroom sliced
Instructions:
Combine flour, mustard, garlic and salt. Dredge chops in flour mixture. Brown in
oil over medium high heat. Remove chops to a casserole or crock pot. Combine the
soups, water, mushrooms and remaining flour mixture in a bowl. Pour over pork
chops. Bake covered in a 350 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. OR Cook for 6 to 8 hours
on low in the crock pot.
